• Liquid-Based Treatments is a style of treatment that requires a liquid-based chemical application to be made to the soil that is adjacent to the house.

• Depending on each home’s layout, sometimes access to this soil may involve trenching, rodding, or even drilling.

• Whether it's a conventional liquid barrier treatment, a termite baiting system, the latest advancements in termite technology or a combination of treatment methods that is needed, 1st Gen Exterminating has the experience and know-how to provide you with termite control and protection that is best for your property!

• Mosquitoes breed in standing or stagnant water, and the adults “rest”  in shaded areas, primarily on the underside of foliage, during the heat of the day.  For this reason, they are most active during the early morning hours or closer to dusk when the temperatures are lower.

• We will assess each property and all its immediate surroundings to determine what course of action would best be suited for your individual needs.  

• In some cases, a combination of larvacides in standing water along with an adulticide application to the foliage is the best plan of attack, while in other cases, simply treating the surrounding foliage is sufficient.
